A while ago, we reviewed a trailer that was to be the best thing since sliced bread and Simon Cowell’s trousers…It was, of course “The Green Lantern” film, with lead actor Nathan Fillion (Castle). Unfortunately, the unexpected happened and the film was shelved…After it had been made. It would take a long time for us to prove that this film existed – not to mention the “Trailer” – so we waited for “Sparkle” to make some enquiries and bring us some good news. Today, we got the good news and as a result, here’s the Original “Green Lantern” Trailer…The Film That Never Was…Enjoy.
We so thank the stars that we are no longer referred to as ‘Insane’, and that we can now go along our merry way living normal once more. But, there is the case of the missing film…Where in Hades is it? Can we see it? Can we even track it down and view it? Will it suddenly appear on the “Syfy Channel” under the ‘Asylum’ banner? Let’s wait and see…
Green Lantern (Final): Starring Ryan Reynolds.
A cocky test pilot, Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds), acquires superhuman powers when he is chosen by “the Ring”, the willpower-fed source of power, of the Green Lantern Intergalactic Corps. He, reluctantly at first, takes on the challenges these superheroes face. Putting his self-doubts aside, and spurred on by his sense o
f duty and love for his beautiful, intellectually equal, colleague, Carol Ferris (Blake Lively), he is soon called to defend mankind from Parallax, a super-powerful being who feeds on fear. He is the universe’s last chance, as many Lanterns have been killed and the Corps is weakened. And he might just be the right Lantern for the job of keeping the world safe from harm. Based on the characters of DC Comics series “Green Lantern”. Written by LinaZaproudi
